Tomorrow, we’re going on holiday! We’ll be joining Lucy’s Mum (Mary) and Aunty (Jane) on one of their “Journey through Ancient Greece” tours. I am told that this tour is different from their usual tours… We’ll be travelling down to the Southern Peloponnese to explore the medieval castles & churches. We bought a new camera last week, a Canon EOS 350D, which we are very excited about! Looking forward to take some nice scenic photos of ancient Greece!

The Peloponnese region of Greece is definately one of the most beautiful. However, the tragic fires that happened during the summer have completely devastated a large portion of the Peloponnese, in particular the west side.
I really hope you enjoyed yourself and took some great photographs, because when I went down there several weeks ago, the trees and scenery are all gone, and the region looks like a disaster zone.
