Circuit training
A few weeks ago, we got a flyer through the door for a local weekly circuit training session. Lucy said we should go, to which I replied the usual, "yeah, yeah" ... and what happened? Last Wednesday, Lucy dragged me along to circuit training! Given that I haven't done any exercise since, well, since forever... lets just say that my joints are still aching!
